clipboard viewer causing problem

clipboard +causing+problem

Well just added clipboard viewer from w98 cd and all seems ok
when I click on clipboard viewer the monitor screen goes blank
not a crash or blue screen though and if I press the windows logo or esc button it comes back to desktop but minus clipboard viewer of course but not sure if this is a conflict or if anyone else has experinced this before and maybe shed some light on it for me?? many thanks rodger......

 

Roger, do you have any info on the clipboard when this occurs? If not it is supposed to be blank. Try copying something and then opening the viewer.

 

Ok I tried that and it still causes the screen to go black,until I either press esc or the windows button.. rodger

Dont have a clue -but this wont hurt to try
open a msdos prompt from within windows click on the ms-do prompt properties icon, misc tab, uncheck Quickedit.

Instructs are for win me -- may be a little differant for you.
