Clicking OE icon on desktop will not open

    When I click the icon on my desktop to open Outlook Express, The page just does a very quick flash, does not open. I then get a BitDefender report Wizard page that says..bdoe.dll Link Library has encountered a critical error. It asks for my email address and a description of the problem. At the bottom there is a check mark next to..Reinitialize bdoe.dll Link Library.


    Could someone shed some light on this?
