[Clicking link in OE opens blank page]

    Iam running windiws 98 outlook express
    when I click on a link in my email or on IE
    it will not take me there I get a blank page nothing on it.
    any help appreciated

    shortcut--
    Concerning IE (and this may also fix OE): IE Tools|Internet Options|Programs tab|check box "IE should check whether it is the default browser "|Apply|OK|Reboot. Next time you open IE, you should get a question box asking if you want IE to be the default browser. Click "Yes ".
    Do links in IE and OE work now?
    If still problems, here are ideas for OE
