I just put together a new computer w/ a Soyo Dragon Plus mb, an AMD Xp 2000+ cpu, GeForce 3 video card and a new Seagate EIDE 60GB HD. I've formatted the HD into one big partition expecting to divide it up during XP installation. Upon trying to install Win Xp it copies the first sets of files and after it reboots and proceeds w/ the install, the status bar reports installing "kernel debugger" and I get the message, "setupdd.sys could not be loaded---error code 4 ". I've tried a 98, ME and XP boot disk, have downloaded the 6 floppy pre-install program for XP, and copied and extracted all those files to the HD with no different results. From the CD I'm trying to set up "winnt" from the I386 directory. What am I doing wrong or do I have a setup problem with the HD?

Could be bad/mismatched RAM. Try removing a module if you can.
