Chrome losing settings after running Spybot and Malwarebytes

    Running W8.1 and recently switched to Chrome after issues with FF running too slow.
    when I run Malwarebytes and Spybot I lose the tabs I saved when opening Chrome and Lastpass disappears also.

    is there a setting with Malware or Spybot I should change?
