I have problem in the mentioned application, I have download from the author site. Installing all go fine but when I try to start the application it seem to be loading and then stop and could not load successfully. When you start in 'safe mode' it can be started. In the Event Log I found the following error "source: application error
    category: noneevent ID: 1000
    user: N/A
description: faulting application, chinesesymbol.exe, v.0.0, faulting module, v 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x00000000." Can someone please help me to solve the problem. My OS. XP Pro. SP3. Thanks.

    Try uninstalling & reinstalling again.

The software lists Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows XP as the requirements. Try running in Win 2k/Win 98 compatibility mode.
