Check log please, spyware changed registry

I ran Spybot S&D and two spywares it found changed the registry. I clicked to fix them and then ran highjackthis as recommended. Please check the log for me.

I noticed when i re-ran Spybot one of the supposedly fixed ones appeared again: DSO Exploit with five items. All windows updates are current.

NOTE: I have been having a small problem lately, maybe related to one of these. When i restart computer instead of starting normal a black screen comes up with Compaq menu that gives the following options: R for stardard recovery options, F to Format drive and perform full system recovery, Q to quit. I think this is the Compaq system detecting something but the screen doesn't show anything else and the print is extremely large. I choose QUIT and it starts ok and works fine.
