CHATTERBOX folder

    For some reason a folder has recently appeared in my Windows Explorer under my C drive label "Chatterbox" inside is another folder labeled "Emoticons "--then there are about 6 files most of them with a "gif" ending.
    Does anyone have an idea what this Chatterbox is and where it came from?

    Not me--this has to many --gif-- that won't open all the way

    Would the gifs not be the emoticons used in the chat program?

    I had that in my PC once,

    I tracked it down to ME ( BillyBob ) opening either an e-mail or a pop-up Window.

    I suggest getting MailWasher and screening you e-mail before you down load it.

    And watch those pop-ups. Some of them DO INSTALL things that you may not be aware of.
