Windows Vista Changing user name

    Sorry. Wasn't sure how to title this thread. I have a laptop that I got from Rent a Center and I want to change the RAC user name to my name. I went to control panel and changed the name of the computer but the user folder names are Public and RAC. Is there a way to change that?

    You can't change the folder names...You can however create a NEW User;)
