changing security settings

    When I click to log in some secure sites like bank accounts etc. nothing happens. I go to internet options and make default my security and privacy tabs, then things return to normal but this happens again the day after, I scanned with AD-Aware , spybot , nrton antivirus 2005 all with the latest updates deleted anyting found but still with the same problem, any help please
