I have been running a trial version of MS Office 2010 and found Outlook 2010 picked up all my 2003 email folders without any problem. For several reasons I have decided to revert back to Office 2003 but I'm concerned that I may lose all my emails because I expect v 2003 may not readily find the v 2010 folders. Okay, I might have to restore from the v 2010 pst file but that is only 256KB compared to the 47MB 2003 pst file!!
Any clues here? Has anyone tried going from Outlook 2010 back to Outlook 2003?

    Thanks

Often times you can't go backwards like this...Make a copy of your .pst files that are located here if you're running Win XP:

    C:\Documents and Settings\Your User Name\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

Outlook 2003 has a Import function found under FILE. You might be able to import for the current pst file(s).
