Resolved change Windows Explorer settings?

Is it possible to permanently add the Pixel Dimensions column in Windows Explorer Details view?

In Windows Explorer, press [Alt][V], then [H], then scroll down and select Dimensions.

 

That does not permanently display the column. When I restart the computer, it is gone. I am hoping to add it as a default column

 

After doing the above, press [Alt][T], then [O] ('oh', not zero), select the 'View' tab, click the 'Apply to Folders' button to apply the settings for the folder you are currently in to all other folders of this type, then click 'Yes', then 'OK'.

Move into a folder where you have added the Dimensions column and try again.

 

The "Apply to Folders" button is "grayed out" when you're in "Computer ". ([Winkey][E] > [Alt][T] > [O] ('oh') > [Ctrl][Tab]).

 

Wouldn't you know that this machine has made a liar out of me this morning. When I started it today, the Dimensions column was there, which it wasn't after restarting it on the day I started the post.
Go figure
I will mark this solved until it doesn't work again
