ceres problem Logfile inside

Like other people on this forum I too am having problems with the ceres spyware. I have always used adaware and Spybot S&D to get rid of spyware but am having trouble with ceres.

Ad Aware and Spybot are both the latest versions and are udated complete. I am running Windows XP

This is my first time with hijack this so if someone can give me instructions on what to fix please help me out

I ran Norton AV 2005 and it found nothing but adware which it could not delete. I just did an online VS with bitdefender and it found three trojans

Any help on this would be appreciated.

I also have run the Symantec Trojan.vundo Removal Tool

 

Right click My Computer and choose properties. On system restore tab, check the box to turn off. OK out
Fix this entry with HJT and reboot to safe mode. Delete the file if present, as well as the dlls found by bitdefender.

Open C:\Temp if present, select all and delete.
Open C:\Windows\Temp, select all and delete.
Open C:\Windows\Prefetch, select all and delete.
Open C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\temp, select all and delete. Do this for all usernames.
Open the control panel, then internet options and delete the temporary internet files, checking the box for offline content. Then open the Java Plug-in, click the cache tab and then clear. This will only apply if you have installed Sun Java.
Open Ad-aware and run in full scan mode. Delete all it finds.
Open My Computer, right click Local disk C: and choose properties, then disk cleanup. Check all boxes except compress old files and OK.

Reboot back into windows and scan your PC with Panda ActiveScan.

Run another HijackThis scan and post the log.
