I am running win7 on a dell 546 w/a roxio 16xdvd +/-rw drive. 64bit pro software. Using roxio easy cd dvd 10.3 and am haveing problems trying to get pics from cd to hd on machine. When the roxio pop up shows the menu in a box i have chosen about every way i know how to get pics copied to hd w/no luck. the box that pops up showing the save from drive does not show the d drive (cd dvdrw) as an option and the twain just wants to show the pics and not give me the option to save them. any ideas as to what i am doing wrong, guys & gals.

You don't need to involve Roxio in this :)

Open the CD in Windows Explorer

Highlight the files you want to copy > right click > Copy

Navigate to the folder on your hard drive where you want to store the files > Rght click > Paste.

Thanks PeteC. I had thought about copy and paste myself but was a little leery of it. Glad I asked first, will probably be back with more questions. This thing must have one heck of a buffer, that file was 81MB. Thanks again.:D
