CD Labels - In Contention for Dumbest question of the year

    I just bought a CD label maker. Do you put the paper label on the top of the CD (ie. says memorex, etc.) or the bottom blank side? All the CDs I have have the image imbedded in the disk - nothing pasted on - God I feel dumb...but I'd like to organize my CDs....thanks....Happy Holidays.....

    That's not a dumb question, especially if one has never done this sort of a task before.....that's why we're here........ to help.

    The label DOES NOT go on the shiny side of the CD Media. It goes on top "(ie. says memorex, etc.)" as you mentioned.
