CD drives are completley disabled

I don't know what happened but suddenley my disk drives stopped working. i Tried alot of thing, I tried shuting of and connecting the drives again to make sure they werent out of place and nothing, then i checked in my computer and they werent there i found that the program that caused this is called starFugg(prtofanity), many people use this computer and i want to know how to reverse this programs effects. thanx

 

i tried that a while back and it doesnt appear to be installed on my computer
