Windows Vista CBS Log won’t open

    I ran Scandisk today and when it was finished it said there were errors that it couldn’t fix and to see CBS Log to view the errors using Notepad.
    One file is 48.6 MG "CBS Text Document“, the 2nd one is 50.3 MB "CBS.persist" Text Document.

    The problem is I can’t open either file in Notepad.

    It says I don’t have administrator rights, when I open as administrator I get an error, no error number or anything to suggest why it won’t open.

    Copy the log to different location and open it from there.

    Thanks much broni, first suggestion worked fine. Also I wasn't waiting long enough for it to load.

    Also the second suggestion looks interesting too.
