caps lock issue in keyboard

    hi i m facing a strange behaviour of my keyboard the caps lock is on whenve i try to type in word all are writes in capital later then i try to close caps lock but it's not working after many try i found by pressing shift the caps lock turn and and turn off who it happen how can i use caps lock with caps loc key
    how to fix the problem
    any expert can help..

    I have seen a similar problem on 2 other computers - it was resolved by uninstalling the keyboard in Device Manager and rebooting.
