I currently use Courier as my email program, and have Oulook 2000
on my computer. I am interested in Outlook 2003 with Business Contact
Manager, but wonder if it can do what my current set-up already does.

Can Outlook 2003 with Business Contact manager:

    1. Add or Remove Contacts from a specific Category by Filter/Rules
acting on "subscribe" or "unsubscribe" in the Subject??

    2. Allow the saving and selection of custom Templates/Stationary??

    3. Print Avery Labels??

Courier already does 1. and 2. and I have another program that does
    3. - so I am wondering if Outlook 2003 is worth the money.

I believe you can do all these with OL2003 only without BCM. (No.3 needs Word 2003) I personally do not like BCM because it is first time going to the market. Many bugs and less solutions. You can have a try using it but do not put important things in to BCM database.
I will never trust any first version from MS. Like Office 95, windows 95, Office XP.....
Wait until there is a Service Pack is a good idea.
