   I can't view faxes now. When I click the view button in the MS fax console, Adobe Photo Deluxe opens and gives this message "could not open" problem parsing the TIFF. file.
   A. How do I correct this?
   B. How do I change the viewing software to Word or something elso?

   A. Go to Windows Explorer > Tools > Folder Options > File Types, scroll dowm to TIF and TIFF and associate with Windows Picture and Fax Viewer.
   
   Sounds like Adobe has hijacked the TIF(F) extension.
   
   B. Faxes are image files - you must use an imaging program to view them - Word will not read tiffs.
