    Hi,

I uninstalled Adobe 7.0.7 in Add\Remove, but then I noticed that under Program Files, I had an Adobe Folder containing an Adobe 7.0 folder and a Help Center folder. I tried to delete the Adobe folder and got an error message stating that the program resides on a drive that is unavailable and cannot be deleted.

I then went back using ERDNT to when I had Adobe 7. I got it back, but when I try to uninstall using Add\Remove, I get message "the feature I am trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Enter an alternate path to folder containing the installation package Adobe Reader 7.0.7.msi." I tried Your Uninstaller but it comes back with .msi error as well and that the installer Adobe.msi is missing and it cannot be uninstalled.

What can I do to uninstall this? Any help will be appreciated.

    Whiskeyman,

Thank you so much for the link. I read it over and it was confusing, so I printed the document and will re-read it carefully.

Update: I was able to locate the .msi file in the ENU_ folder, not the ENU folder. I don't know why I had two similar folders, but the result was that once I found the .msi file, I was able to uninstall via Add\Remove.

    Thanks for the help.
