When I go to Control panel, then Security center,

I expected there is a "manage security setting for automatic updates ", but nothing there.

    Where is it ?

    Thanks.

Is there a scroll bar on the right? It's on the bottom.

    Thank you for your reply.

Unfortunately, there is no scroll bar, In another word, there is no "three setting things "(firewall, automatic updates, internet operations) in that screen.
