Can't Submit Forms, Or Attach Emails

Hi all, I'm not sure whether is this the right section to post this question but I'm not sure whether its IE, Windows 2000 or my ISP, so here it goes..


I cannot submit any forms, windows update doesn't work and emails with attachments refuse to send (it usually gets to about 99%) with a No Sockets Error. It's strange but when I use another ISP the problem only happens infrequently but when I use my own ISP the problem exists constantly. Please help, I am at work at the moment sending this thread becuase I can't post these at home!

Same PC works fine with one ISP but poorly with another?

Also, your event logs should be showing some errors that may give good troubleshooting detail.
