When downloading a file in Win7 the only choices I have is Open or Save and there doesn't seem to be a SaveAs or any other way to sometimes specifiy/change or browse from the default "Download" folder like I had in XP.

I don't want to change the general default but I would like to occasionally direct the download to a different folder.

    Is that possible?

    I'm using Win7x64 Pro

    Evan,

Oops: I fouled up. I mainly use my XP-Pro computer for emails, downloads and stuff (the Win7 is my trading computer.)

    I use FF 32 but I also have IE8.

Just so I am clear are we dealing with your Windows XP system or Windows 7 computer that you are inquiring about?

    Evan,

    Sorry for the confusion.

Never mind, I have solved the problem.

Even tho I can't redirect the Download (same in XP or Win7 using IE or FF) I found that if I Open/View the doc first I can then select the File > Save As to redirect the save.

    Thanks,
    Rob
