    XP / w95 networked.
    Shared XP "Music" folder.
Created network drive "M" on w95 pointed to shared Music folder on network.
w95 Explorer does not display "M" drive in any of it's views.
w95 "Winfil" does display it's presence on w95 drive views.
How do I get "M" drive to view from "Explorer "?

I take it you have the same username and password on the 95 machine as the XP machine. If not you have to have an account the same on each machine, remember XP relies alot more on security so it wont let anyone access anything without a valid account on the XP machine.

Yup. Username & non-blank password logon to both PCs required to make this work.

Also requires different PC names and identical workgroup names along with File & Printer Sharing enabled on both as well as Client for Microsoft Networks.
