    I can't create a dial-up connection...I can't create a network(broadband)connection...Nothing.....Can anyone please help?
    Thanks!

I get a message: A list of network adapters could not be found on your computer. Make sure Network Connections Services is enabled. ... which I did and it was enabled and I set it Automatic on the services list.
