Can't reply on Outlook Express

    We have three users who are unable to reply to emails they receive from customers. They are able to reply to internal emails and they can send and receive normally otherwise. Any clues?

    After 10 or 15 minutes, they get a message back that the mail is undeliverable.

    Well, this sounds like the message they are trying to reply to doesn't have a valid "reply-to" address. Have you tried sending this from another machine?
