    Good day -
I just finished working with Broni in the Malware /virus area and have cleaned out my desktop from bugs or malware that was affecting my PC. Unfortunately, the last fix caused my e-mail the issue I'm experiencing now which I'm able to load and open my mail from both me work and home accounts - it just won't allow me to read them. the "read" side just continues to run the cursor like it's trying to load but never does. I was thinking of uninstalling and reinstalling it.
Or is that the wrong thing to do?

An uninstall and reinstall will normally fix this. Virus infections can often damage system files so you may have to do a clean install of your OS to rectify any other problems.

The OS was already installed on the system when I bought it. How do I go about doing a complete OS install? Will it affect any other programs or files I already have on the system now?

Mark is talking about uninstalling Windows Live Mail - not the OS, and reinstalling it - download here .....
