Can't print in IE 6 or Outlook

Hi. The problem is this; used to be able to print web pages and e-mails with html in them on my hp PSC 1315xi all in one but now I can't. I can't print these files to any printer that I can connect to through my PC. I have tried to reinstall the default printer, run windows update, check the page setup for IE, change my explorer options back to the default settings and nothing has worked. I believe that the problem is with IE or my PC not the printer itself since it doesn't matter what printer I print to. Have also tried to change the spooler settings and all that on the printer properties. Please advise.
