Can't Print HTML Messages in OUTLOOK,

I Cant Print any HTML Meaasge in outlook XP, and I cant Print any HTML Page in IE 6.0, when i am loggin as an administrator I can print, but as a user when i go to File -> Print ... nothing appears, the window to chose which printer and to issue the print command is not appearing, Please I need a fast response

 

What OS?

Can the user print from other applications?

Can the user print from Outlook if the email is not HTML?

Network or local printer(s) on this PC?

 

OS is Windows 2K Pro.
the user can print from all the other applications
and in the outlook he can print plain text and rich text but NOT HTML
the user have more than one Network Printer installed on his PC all of them working in other application, when the user go to File --> Print Preview befor openning the message it give message (Print Preview Unavaliable for HTML Formatted messages) when the user go to file --> print preview in the message it self .... print preview is INACTIVE

 

Is it just the one user account? If so, that account may be corrupt.

If it is all user accounts, make sure it's not a simple permissions issue by adding the user account to the Power Users group and seeing if it works then.

 

I'm having the same issue. O/S W98Se, Outlook2k. Email messages in plain text or RTF print fine. Other apps print fine (did not try IE). Messages in plain text with a forwarded HTML message imbedded print only the plain text portion. Could the ploblem be with IE?
