    Hello,
Whenever I try to play a cd in my cd rom through Windows M.P., I get error message # OxCOOD1197 "cannot play the file" , "Windows M.P. cannot find specified file" .
All cd tracks have an "!" point beside each track #, however I have played an MP3 cd successfully. I have even tried to play my music cd's through the regular cd player on the "Entertainment Menu" but it say's " Data Or No Disc Loaded ".
I have tried every parameter setting possible within my knowledge to solve this problem but have struck out!! Would appreciate any help on this matter!

I managed to reload the driver, but did not have any success with cd player until I borrowed a cd rom of Win98se...I must have been missing a needed pathway or file...Thanks for the tip, the cd player is playing cd's again. :) :) :)
