can't open windows icon

    can't open windows icon to get to system to reset windows 10 I cannot do a search won;t let me open anything on my task bar I can get on the internet and see my icons on desktop that it . How can I reset windows 10 if I can't get to my system recovery?

    Go to Reset your PC and read the Note.

    If Pete's suggestion doesn't provide a solution, check my response in Black Screen and see if you can get a recovery option that way.
