can't open pps file

    dell xps 601i, xp home,sp3, ms office 2002 c power point 2002, ppviewer 2003 & 2007 installed.
    Error message on trying to open pps file: "Power Point viewer 2003, command line option syntax error. Type Command /?for help." I don't know how to do this.

    I have tried ppsfix 2 1.zip & pvregfix.exe, & error repair installer.exe but no help.

    Thanks for any help.
