Cant open help and support!

hhhheeeelllppp!!!!!!!

im having trouble trying to get my help and support page to come up and im having trouble getting my user account to open its a blank page in chat situations i have no text im lost as to what to do .i tried to re install windows and that wont come up .cant do anything if i cant see the pages !any ideas ? now i also found that i cant delete my mail ,or even open my printer someone pleazzzze help!! ty tiffany

thank you charles for your help but,i finaly got it fixed!!!!!!!!!!
i had to reload my java i think someone had haked my puter and changed it because when i reloaded it i could see the pages and i got into my accounts and there was a name under it i didnt know (asp.net machine A...'s)it was an addminastraiter account and it was password protected !!!! i deleted it asap and changed my password to access my computer logon do you think i got it or not? i hope i did it took me 3 days to figure this one out !!!

What protection are you running on your system? Meaning Firewall, AV, and what Browser are you using?

Does anyone else have physical access to your computer?

i have sbc av it comes with the isp i have my norton av just ran out and when i had to go with sbc because it the only one in my area i started useing it i also had to download (zone alert) a firewall protection program that i got off the net because i couldent get to mine it was blank paged to and the firewall i had was turned off!

 

ok was i supose to delete that or not ?
