Can't open AOL emails on one account

    My girlfriend can't open any of her emails on our desktop computer, it wont even let me right click them open in another window. My aol email page works fine and im able to open my emails, we're on the same computer but with different accounts. She can open the emails on her laptop with no problem.

    Is her AOL account set up on the desktop?

    Has she ever been able to open emails in her account on the desktop? If not it may be a question of Permissions on the AOL software.

    If she has been able to open in the past her profile may be corrupted - try creating a new one following this article ....

    How to copy data from a corrupted user profile to a new profile in Windows XP

    I am not an AOL user so do not know the vagarities of that system.
