Hey all, I'm on my new IBM Thinkpad T60 2GHz Core Duo baby!!!!!! :D Lovin' it!!!!!! It makes so much of a difference. Final step before I sell off my T43p tonight (hopefully) is to get all my files (source files for apps, downloaded files, etc.) from my "old" T43p to the new T60. I have a Linksys G router v8, firmware v.8.00. I'll do some digging but I think it's a brainfart. What's the easiest way. I've done this tons of times, but not recently. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!

You need to place both machines in the same workgroup. Easiest way is to run the network setup wizard. Start>All Programs>Accessories>Communications. Then share folders, or place the files you want to share in the Shared Documents folder.

Thanks everyone. Got it to work out great. And count me amongst the Core Duo fans now. :D I don't understand how it could be SO much faster at downloading, too, as well as browsing being that I didn't get a different router or cable service. W-O-W. lol...
