can't logoff problem

hello, I'm limited user, I hope to logoff, but
(A) Start -> Logoff -> Yes
(B) Ctrl+Shift+Esc , File, New , logoff
(C) in CMD, type logoff
(D) Task Manager , closed "explorer.exe" , and type "Logoff" in step(B)

(A) and (B) and (C) and (D) method is can't

I sure that command is success, but windows no any logoff action,


can you suggest me how to correct logoff. ?
i'm use Windows XP Pro. SP2

Below will not FIX the problem, but may allow you to Logoff.

Open Task Manager

Click on Users Tab

Your User Name should be highlighted in listing. (If not, click on it once)

At bottom of screen view, click on Logoff Tab
