can't log into anything with ie7

    hi, i cannot log in to any website using ie7. when i try to log in i get a:
    HTTP 403 Forbidden
    The website declined to show this webpage
    HTTP 403
    Most likely causes:
    This website requires you to log in.

    i've tried changing the security settings, and reinstalled but nothing works.

    whats the problem?

    Are you using any cookie control software? Zone Alarm's cookie contol option has been known to do this.
