Can't install IE with SP2

    Hello everyone. I am new. I would appreciate any help.

    I am having trouble downloading and installing MS Updates. I have tried several times to download and install IE 5.5 with SP2. The files all downloaded fine, but the component installation just stopped at the 70% mark. There wasn't any error message!

    BTW, I have IE 5.5 already installed.
