Can't get the xp welcome screen with Netware installed

can't get the xp welcome screen

i want to switch my welcome screen on XP pro, to the icon slector because i've set up a second account for my family to use but it will not allow me to. it gives me this message when i go to
control panel -> user accounts -> change the way users logs on and off it gives this message
"client services fpr Netware has disabled the Welcome screen and fast user switchin, tpo restore these features, you must uninstall client services for netware "


i'm not sure how to get it back, i thought it was my firewall program that was doing so i deleted it, but it had no affect and now i'm stumped as to how to fix it any ideas would be helpful.

 

A firewall monitors traffic online, and allows good stuff in, and keeps bad stuff out, if it is doing what it is supposed to. So you disabled your firewall because you had a software conflict that was preventing you from getting a Welcome Screen at boot?? You need to research how to change the setting in your Novell Netware program, and allow a welcome screen, so you can establish a choice of users and enable fast user switching through XP. And then you had better hope nothing nasty got in while you were online without protection. Run every scan you can find- a good start would be the Symantec site.
