I have Windows XP Office Professional. I am having a problem with Microsoft Outlook. A few days ago I downloaded PeoplePc Internet. Since then, I can not get Outlook to save my password and automatically sign me in each time I open it, it requires me to put in my password everytime although the save password box is checked. I have ran Registry 1st Aid and made sure all the registry entries for PeoplePc were gone. However, I cannot figure out how to fix this problem. I have reinstalled my office applications and I have deleted my email account 6 times both in Outlook and Outlook Express trying to fix this problem. Any suggestions?

    Joyce,

Take a look at this article from the MS Knowledge Base to fix the problem in OE.

Outlook is probably similar, but I don't use it. Search the MS Knowledge Base and this board.

Thanks alot, that worked in Outlook also, but I had to do the password save in Outlook Express also.
Anyone else who has this problem, good idea to print out those instructions as they are quite long and detailed.:p
