I have NS7 set to open at start-up, but instead, I get the following message:

The shortcut "Netscape Navigator.Ink" refers to a location that is unavailable. The location could be on a hard drive on this computer, on a network, or on a different computer on your home network. Check to make sure that the disk is properly inserted, or that you are connected to the Internet or home network, and then try again.

Pls help me if you can. Thank you.

    Go to Windows Explorer.
Navigate to C>Windows>Start Menu>Programs>StartUp, and see if you have any Netscape shortcut listed there.
You do, or you don't, there are two different ways we have to go from there, so post back with your answer.

    Netscape Navigator shortcut

Thank you, Broni, for responding to my cry for help. I've found a short cut called Netscape Navigator where you told me to look. Now what, please?

    AKS...Go to

    Start/Programs/Startup/Netscape Navigator.

Right click on the shortcut and paste this "C:\Program Files\Netscape\Netscape\Netscp.exe" in the target box.

    Reboot and NS should start.
