Can't download IE 6

I downloaded the IE 6 setup file, but when I try to connect to Microsoft's server, it won't do it. It says either I'm logged in with incorrect proxy settings, or that the network is busy. I don't have a proxy server and have never had this trouble before. The only thing I was doing differently was running my connection w/o ZoneAlarm because you're not supposed to have other programs running when you download/install a new program.

Has anyone run into this problem before?
