That would be a script error, and it is not on your end.
Perhaps you should reload their ActiveX control, by deleting it. Go to Internet Options, in the Temporary Internet Files section click on Settings, in the new window, click on Objects, then right click on Shockwave Flash entry, and select Remove. Then go back to their webpage.

    thanks BUT...

thank you for your help it sort of worked yet it still presented us with some scrip error at the site and would freeze the internet so all i did to bypass that was to open the site at the same time in two windows so that way it was forced to load one of the two no matter what.

dragonsoul --To use FlashPlayer or even to download it, you need to give IE permission to run ActiveX controls. Click IE Tools|Internet Options|Security tab|Custom Level. Under "Run ActiveX controls or plugins" check either Enable or Prompt (then Apply|OK). In the latter case you will always be asked whether you wish ActiveX to run if the site uses ActiveX. Much of the time, it will not make any noticeable difference whether you say Yes or No, but it does for FlashPlayer and MS Windows Update, for example.
Prompt is a "safer" setting for security purposes, but you will get a lot of messages.
