When I run disk cleanup in WinXp, the Webclient/Publisher temp files will not delete. The box is checked and everything else deletes properly. I have set the computer to show all files and I ran a search but I can't find this folder (Webclient/Publisher) anywhere. I always have at least 1856 Kb of files in this folder. What am I doing wrong? Or what do I need to do to fix it?

When you run disk cleanup and it finds the list of files, if you click on the 'view files' button does it show you the specific filenames involved?

If so can you check the location it shows?

Hi Newt, yes and no. It shows View Files for Downloaded Program Files, Temp Internet files, and Recycle bin. It does NOT show View Files for Temporary Files, or Webclient/Publisher Temp files. Btw. my OS is WinXp Pro with Service Pack 1a.
