This system was set up by experts. It works.

My PC is the only Hard wire out of the Router.
Another Laptop 1 is working well.
I have another laptop now, laptop 2 and I cannot make it connect to my Wifi.

    These are the Netgear numbers.

I hate to admit this, but the vocabulary and explanations I have are beyond my comprehension. I need Help.
I don't even know where to start, and where to go next.

Verify the wifi password is correct. The "experts" may have changed the wifi password (security key) in the wifi device. Check the wifi connection settings on the laptop with working wifi and note the SSID (wifi network name) and pass key.

If you don't know your Networks SSID and Key, log in to your Router from the Laptop that works by typing into your Browser (works on most, but might be slightly different): 192.168.1.1 this will bring up your Router configuration,
then check if you have the same in the Laptop that is not connecting.
You also will need the routers user and password, which in your case is :User name: admin, and password: password
If they compare correctly, and still no joy than you will have to look further.
