   My old windows 98 SE computer has Ravisent (1999) dvd software installed. When I try and use it, I get a region error code because the software tells me it is set to region 0. I try and change it to region 1 but it will not make the change. I'm prompted that I have 5 changes left, but nothing changes.'
   
   Advice please

   You may need to do this through the Properties of your DVD player.
   
   Device Manager > CD-Rom drives > highlight the drive > Properties.
