    Dear Expert,

I had problem to change my desktop background. Every time when I tried to change my desktop background, I got following error:

Run a DLL as an App has encountered a problem.

Could you please tell me what's wrong with my OP?

    Thanks!

    Nihaojs

PS: I am using Win XP SP2

After determining that your system is virus and spyware free by checking against current signatures (consider an on-line virus check), then I would recommend running the SFC / SCANNOW command from either the 'Run" window or a command line box.

After doing those things, if you still have the problem, post back giving any details that cropped up along the way. The more details you can give, the faster the solution comes.
