I can log onto the URL you posted in IE, but when I do so the Sun Java icon appears in the Notification area.

It looks like this site requires Sun Java - do you have that installed?

Not for Java, but your browser should be set to use Java - assumes IE 6 - screenshot.

    The page source is
Are you getting either of those pages to load? Or are you running into a total blank? Do you have a popup blocker installed on IE?

Have you cleared your cookies for that site and temp internet files related to it? It is possible that one failed to load the first visit and is jamming it from reloading on subsequent visits.

I just want to clarify something.
I want to make sure you are saying you CAN view the page in Opera, and Firefox, just not in Internet Explorer.

If it were all browsers, I would say the next thing to do would be check your hosts file to see if there were a cached dns for it which was obsolete (likewise if you have XP and do not restart often, go to start/ run and type cmd and hit enter and then in the black box type
    ipconfig /flushdns
and hit enter to flush your dns resolver cache.). Or it could be a firewall or adblock blocking the site.

Being just IE, I would have to say it may be one of your security settings. Tools/ internet options/ security
See if the site shows up in the list of sites in the restricted zone.
