[Active] Can't access the internet through any browser on Vista.

I can't access the internet through any browser on my other computer.

I opened a thread in another forum and was told to seek help here and to paste the dds log.
I'm not sure how much of the log is relevant so i'll just post the entire thing (hope that isn't a problem)

Any help is appreciated.

 

I tried using safe mode, but i don't know what networking is, so i don't know if i tried it.
How do i get the second part of the log? I downloaded the program from the link i was given, and ran it on the pc with the problem, when the notepad document popped up i copy and pasted everything on it to here, but left the pc running and didn't close the dds program, but nothing else came up.
